One year ago today, my baby's transfer took place. And today, Raúl, is almost 4 months old. The doctor, Oscar Oviedo, listened to us and guided us along that difficult path to fulfill your dream. And it was possible. They are more than a team, they are a family: doctors, nurses, embryologists, psychologist, reception staff... THANK YOU. For being attentive to our doubts, giving us encouragement in the face of the first problems, and the confidence that, in my case, everything would go well. We loved the familiar and friendly treatment from the reception to the medical consultation. They explain everything very well and are always attentive to answering any questions you may have. We would like to especially thank Ruth for her professionalism, her transparency and her closeness. Highly recommended.
Without a doubt I am delighted with the clinic. They are a great team. I have to thank all the gynecologists for their support, especially Dr. Jon Diez, who has treated me the most, embryologists, nurses and the girls at the reception. Today my little one is going to be 9 months old and everything is great. Without a doubt, I made the best decision by going to them and I recommend them 100%.

I visited several clinics but since I entered Fertility and had the first consultation with Óscar I knew that I wanted to stay here. I felt listened to, supported and well cared for at all times by both the gynecologists (Ana, Óscar and Jon) and the nurses (especially Sandra and Cris), the embryologists(with Mar I had the most beautiful transfer in the world) and the girls at the reception. Any questions, concerns or concerns have been resolved with a lot of empathy and affection. After a long time and bad experiences I felt that I had found the right place to search for my pregnancy. Good afternoon, I had the pleasure this afternoon of having a telephone appointment with Begoña, a great professional, it was to do a specific test that unfortunately was not available in this clinic, but even so Begoña clarified all my doubts, advised me and if in A future self or a family member or friend decides to freeze their eggs, or any other treatment performed at this clinic, I will not hesitate to recommend them.

Sometimes social networks bring you closer to great professionals and that was the case in our case. Thanks to Dr. Oviedo and the team of nurses at Fertility Madrid, today we are in week 22 waiting for our girl. It is a hard process and, in our case, longer than we would have liked, but we feel supported and understood at all times. I give one star because you can't give less, the worst clinic I've ever seen in my life, from the first appointment we heard nothing but lies, they did a biopsy that didn't even last 10 minutes on my partner for which he didn't even see a The urologist didn't even do the relevant tests and said they didn't find any sperm, thank goodness we decided not to continue with the treatment because they proposed sperm donation. We went to another clinic for a second opinion, where we told them everything that happened and they were even surprised, where they performed another biopsy and what a coincidence that it did have sperm...

I haven't started my cycle yet but had a consultation with Dr Alcantara in English and he was amazing. Very informative and answered all of my questions clearly (and I had lots of questions). Gave me a list of tests to do. He was realistic about the expectations and I loved his warm and upbeat personality. I can't recommend enough. I was recommended by a friend who had a baby with them after multiple failures at a "top" Spanish IVF clinic.
I give it one star because I can't give less. We did an IVF in March 2022 and as of today they want to charge me for two years of embryo maintenance when from March 2022 to March 2023 is included in the price of the IVF and okay I owe March 2023-2024 not two years. They just want the money.

From the moment I crossed the door I felt: cared for, listened to, understood, supported at all times, thanks to you women like me have their path easier. The entire team is the GREATEST!!!!!!
I don't give 0 stars because it's not possible. I came to this clinic recommended by a friend. My partner and I are 39 years old, I have an antimulerine of almost 4 and my partner has sperm with little mobility but has a much larger quantity than normal.We start the cycle with them.In this cycle the doctor counted 18 follicles.From the beginning they told me that they almost certainly couldn't transfer me fresh because it would surely overstimulate me.On the second day, during the stimulation, they did tests to see my estradiol, which they already sensed would be high, and they told me that if they called me, to start injecting Orgalutran that night and if they didn't call me, to start the next night. They didn't call me that night and I didn't get it, but I was surprised when the doctor called me the next day at 7 a.m. to tell me that I was at my limit and that he should give me the Orgalutran that morning and that night and the following days only at night, I didn't like this but I trusted that the doctor knew what he was doing, that that was what the professional was for.The day of the puncture arrived, they took 14, 10 mature ones and fertilized 7. (They sent me progesterone for the next 5 days, they were not going to transfer me fresh but I still trusted them, if they sent it to me it would be for a reason... ..)Unfortunately, from the first day my embryos had a very chaotic division and finally none of them made it to Blasto.The last day the embryologist called me, she told me that this is due to poor egg quality and for this there is no remedy (only the supplements that I was already taking) and she recommended egg donation. Days passed and I was waiting for a call from my doctor to talk to us, but that call never came and finally we called and made an appointment with him, his response was the same as the embryologist, poor egg quality, there is no remedy, but he told me. He recommended trying it again, knowing that it was most likely that it would turn out just as badly and in the best case scenario that one might end up in Blasto. This made me feel terrible as a woman, my spirits, my self-esteem, absolutely EVERYTHING collapsed, I didn't stop crying for days, I didn't want my husband to even touch me, I felt like I was rotten inside...When I was calmer, my husband convinced me to go to a clinic specialized in difficult fertility problems and we tried the cycle again, everything was very personalized but within the norm, they did not make a special protocol, and today I have 5 frozen embryos !!!!!!! All the embryos have been developing normally, although some have fallen by the wayside, which is normal. There was no poor egg quality!!!!I understand that this is not an exact science, as Fertility kept telling me, but was it really necessary to take responsibility for the bad cycle???? Is it necessary to burden women with that responsibility??????? I had a very bad time for many days and I don't think I deserved it. To this day I think that having injected two doses of Orgalutran in one day deteriorated the quality of my eggs. I think they are very systematic and do not personalize anything and when something is out of the ordinary they are not able to manage it, that is why they sent me progesterone when they would not have even given me a fresh transfer if I had had embryos... The worst of all this The thing is that they made me bear the responsibility of the bad cycle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC IN ANY WAY!!!!!!!

I ended up very disappointed with the clinic. I think that the process of being a mother is very delicate and every detail counts. The first doctor forgot to ask me for some tests (which luckily my personal gynecologist identified so I didn't have to repeat tests). But the most serious thing was that the psychologist, with whom I had never spoken or asked to speak, called me to discuss my poor results from the process, when the new doctor assigned to my case had not even communicated them to me. I think they must improve a lot in the ways and delicacy with which they treat patients, and more, in a process as sensitive and mobilizing as wanting to be a mother.
Once again I put myself in the hands of the best professionals and achieved my second pregnancy. My precious boy will have his little brother next year. I can only have words of affection and gratitude for this enormous team of people, with whom I have felt like family again. Thanks for everything!!

I had to wait two weeks for an online appointment because only one doctor speaks English and I asked several times. “Will you send me a confirmation email?” “Not everything is ready!” and at the time of the appointment they did not show up, they did not call, they did not ask me for an apology or offer another day! very bad service and very little professionalism! Thanks to the extremely professional work, kindness, closeness, the speed when faced with any questions, the affection with which absolutely everyone has treated us and for fulfilling our dream for which so many For years (10) we have been dreaming after going through several clinics in Switzerland, it was to meet them and opt 100% for them. Excellent clinic, I can only recommend it, the treatment is unbeatable, they make you feel like a person and not just another client. The treatment is completely personalized to achieve the objective. At the beginning of the process I was in another clinic, but it had things that did not convince me, such as a standard hormonal treatment for all women and I decided to change clinics. What a success to come to this clinic, we achieved our goal, and on the first try.
